Support for the HR Function
Much of the research undertaken over the past few years has concluded there remains a need to strengthen the provision of Human Resource Management (HRM) to the Voluntary and Community Sector [VCS].
Voluntary and Community Organisations [VCOs] need to have easy access to information and resources to support and underpin good management and employment practice. A number of Infrastructure Development Plans produced by each borough and the sub region highlight HRM as a continued need.
The East London CVS Network continues to explore how the provision of HRM support in the sub-region can be addressed.

PEACe – LVSC's (London Voluntary Sector Consortium) - Personnel Employment Advice and Conciliation Service (PEACe) offers expert support and advice on all employment related issues to voluntary sector employers and advisors in London.
