This workshop can be considered as the follow up to all delegates who attended the ‘introduction to managing volunteers’.
The Supporting & Supervising Volunteers session is a practical course aimed at addressing the difficult and common issues surrounding the management of volunteers in a range of sectors.
The course will cover managing volunteers in your organisation
• Supervision skills for the voluntary sector
• Developing and enhancing techniques for difficult and challenging volunteers
• Developing effective skills for the supervision process
• Best practice within the Supervision process
Anyone managing volunteers, individuals seeking to develop or enhance supervision skills.
