The post would be responsible predominantly for delivering the Targeted Support Programme which focuses on providing strategic support to local authorities and their partners to improve engagement and increase capacity to reach out to communities. Specifically this role will manage a series of projects commissioned from delivery partners, ensuring outputs and monitoring requirements are met and working with the partners to enable alignment across the projects and a valuable legacy for the programme as well as developing and brokering relationships with local partners, particularly local authorities to improve the quality, coordination and evidence of community empowerment in London. The post will also organise a series of regional roadshows to profile the work of the LEP over the past years.

Experience of contract and/or project management and of building and maintaining good working relationships with statutory as well as community partners is required. Excellent communication skills, a broad knowledge of London's civic society and experience of organising events would also be valuable.
