This event hosted by ACEVO’s Income Generation Workstream will provide training in a proven approach to third sector mergers and other intensive partnerships. The methodology is based on five years of case study research and 12 years of practical experience. The masterclass will provide participants with a solid background to the complex economic, political and organisational issues involved in mergers and will present a step-by-step approach to considering, pursuing and achieving success in this arena.
