The Glass-House Inspiring Study Tour
The Glass-House is delivering a FREE study tour to some inspiring community buildings in East London. This is a one-day event for community groups who are at an early stage in developing building design projects in their neighbourhood and will take place on Wednesday 10th March 2010.
They will be visiting 2 or 3 buildings which will demonstrate the process of both new build and refurbishment from a community perspective. During the tour you will have the opportunity to take away design ideas and gain insight into the design process. You will also hear from the host groups about their experiences with their building projects. There will be an independent architect on hand to answer any of your design queries. A free lunch will be provided and reasonable travel expenses may be reimbursed by prior arrangement.
