Planning for Personalisation – The Next Step

Date: 11th March 2010
Time: 9.30 am to 13.30 pm
Venue: Old Town Hall, Stratford

In response to the Personalisation agenda and the changes it will result in, the East London CVS Network have organised another information and learning event in partnership with Skills for Care, NE London.

A local PCT Chair will be facilitating the event and there will be guest speakers, including a representative from the Department of Health.

The session will explore local perspectives, change management, environmental scanning and change models. Delegates are expected to have a basic understanding of the Personalisation Agenda.

We have planned the session so it is both informative and interactive.

This event is aimed at professionals who work in or support the Health & Social Care field. You may be a Health & Social Care Officer or have Health and Social care as part of your area of responsibility. If you are unsure whether this event is appropriate for you, please call Maneesha on 0208-519-9500 who will be happy to answer any questions that you may have.

Personalisation will affect us all – come along to this FREE event to learn from other professionals and colleagues about how to positively embrace this significant change.

For further information, please see the event flyer

There are 3 places available per borough, if you would like to attend complete the booking form and return to Maneesha at maneesha@elcvsnetwork.org.uk.
