By attending this training, by the end of the day you will:
Have an overview of the Single Equalities Bill and what it means for you and your organisation
Understand what an Equalities Impact Assessment is and why it is relevant to your work
Be able to use the National Equalities Partnership Equalities Impact Assessment Tool
Be able to do your very own equalities impact assessment on your projects and organisation
Have an action plan to implement when you get back to work
