In East London, the East London CVS Network facilitates the cross-sectoral ChangeUp East London Partnership is responsible for overseeing the development of the sub-regional plan for East London. The Partnership has an agreed Terms of Reference and membership is open to infrastructure organisations and public sector agencies working in two or more East London boroughs. Please contact the ELN office for more information on becoming a member.
The Infrastructure Development Strategy 2008-14 and Infrastructure Business Plan 2008-11 [ January 2008] identified infrastructure support needs that can be best met at a sub-regional level. Click for a pdf summary of work to date. The main work-programmes which have been taken forward include:

- Payroll services
- ICT
- Ensuring that the VCS benefit from the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games
