Local ChangeUp Plans
In London, local Councils for Voluntary Service (CVS) are facilitating the development of cross-sectoral partnerships to identify their infrastructure development needs. The consortia usually draws its membership from local infrastructure organisations and representatives from public sector agencies.
Each local ChangeUp Partnership was required to submit a "Plan of the Plan", which outlined how the partnerships would go about developing the Infrastructure Development Plans. This was then developed into a local Infrastructure Investment Plan. Please see below for details.
