Are you a Voluntary or Community Organisation working in one of the following boroughs?
- Havering
- Barking & Dagenham
- Redbridge
- Hackney
- Newham
- Tower
- Hamlets
- Bexley
- Greenwich
- Lewisham
If so, you may be eligible to receive free software to help you manage the training & development needs of your staff, volunteers and management committee/board members, no matter how small or big your organisation.
The East London CVS Network, in partnership with Third Sector organisations and other statutory establishments, is able to offer this software to VCO’s in East London as part of a Workforce Development Pilot Project. There are only 500 available!
Organisations signing up will receive:
- free training in using the software
- the license fee paid for the initial 12 months [normally £25 per annum]
- the basis for an organisational training and development strategy
- individual training records showing when training is due
- organisational training records showing when training such as first aid updates are required
The ability to hold and use this information will help to manage staff development by recording Appraisals/Supervisions. The system also helps prove commitment to general staff training development including PQASSO for those organisations developing quality standards.
In return you will be asked to share, entirely confidentially and anonymously, some of the information you input with ELN. This information will be totally anonymous and will help the East London Workforce Development Working Group develop a workforce development strategy for voluntary and community organisations in the sub-region.
